Lidl Middelharnis 

The Lidl in Middelharnis radiates contemporary class thanks to a facade of Burned Wood Accoya and thermally modified Fraké (Fraké Noir®). This combination of charred black wood and warm-toned Fraké creates a unique, natural appearance. The Burned Wood Accoya, inspired by the traditional Japanese technique Yakisugi (Shou Sugi Ban), is permanently deep black, maintenance-free and extremely durable. The thermal modification of the Fraké makes the wood stable, weather-resistant and environmentally friendly. Together, these materials form a sustainable facade cladding that embodies craftsmanship, aesthetics and future-proof design — perfectly suited to Lidl's modern, sustainable building style.
